I'm Karina, a Registered Nurse of 33+ years, Reiki Master and Teacher, Access Bars Facilitator, mum to 4 amazing adults and partner to Austin.
I've spent my career watching what medicine misses, attending to pain that lives constantly in the body long after the diagnosis.
On the daily I witness grief, trauma and nervous systems that don't switch off.
This is where that part gets tended to.

Energy healing fills that gap.
